Open Enrollment begins September 1, 2025!
What you need to know:
-Open Enrollment is the annual period to make changes to your coverages outside of a Qualifying Life Event (QLE). Ex: add dependents, elect benefits if you are on Opt Out, Opt Out of benefits. Use the 'MyWorkplace Login' button above. Got to 'Benefits' > 'Available Enrollments' to make changes.
- VFUHWT utilizes a passive enrollment. If you want to maintain your current benefits, you don't need to do anything! (Except your annual COB form)
-We are changing to a new TPA (Third Party Administrator), SISCO effective 10/1/2025!

- You will have a new login to view and file claims at Sisco. New ID cards will be issued after the OE period.
- You will have a new HRA administrator. New cards and login will be coming soon.
- YOU WILL HAVE TO FILL OUT YOUR ANNUAL COB FORM (Coordination of Benefits) through Sisco's system. Do you or any of your dependents have other coverage? SISCO needs to know in order to properly process your claims.
